Community Knowledge Transfer: Climate and Health – Winter

As part of the Centre’s effort in community knowledge transfer, CCOUC Centre Director Professor Emily Chan was featured on episode 101 “Climate and Health – Winter” of the Hong Kong Observatory’s "Cool Met Stuff" series broadcast on local TV channels from 11 December 2015. She shares CCOUC’s latest research findings on the relationship between cold weather and health, as well as discusses health risks and considerations for Hong Kong’s population in the winter months, advising the public to take protective actions in the face of cold weather.
