Presentation at Emergency Management Training Course of Hong Kong Institute for Public Administration

CCOUC Director Prof Emily Chan was invited to be a speaker at the Emergency Management Training Course 2020/2021 to emergency-related senior civil servants and senior management of public authorities and public utilities offered by Hong Kong Institute for Public Administration on 8 March 2021.

In her presentation, Prof Chan outlined key principles in emergency management to 36 participants from various government bureaus, departments, public authorities and public utilities of the 3-day training session. Insights drawn from CCOUC emergency related research were shared. A set of 9 emergency-related booklets published by CCOUC were also distributed to the participants for their reference.
